Manderston
A house on which no expense was spared with opulent staterooms, the only silver staircase in the world and extensive domestic quarters. It stands in 56 acres of formal gardens, with magnificent stables and stunning marble dairy. John Kinross, the architect, when enquiring how large his budget was, was told that money was no object. Home to the Palmer family of biscuit fame - there is a collection of Huntley and Palmer biscuit tins on display.

The Jim Clark Room 44 Newtown St., Duns
Museum dedicated to the life of Jim Clark, twice Formula One world champion in the 1960’s, who grew up on Edington Mains Farm near Duns. Contains a unique collection of memorabilia, trophies and photographs.
