The Course
Voted the 5th top inland course in Scotland and rated by Golf World amongst the top 100 in Britain and Ireland, the Roxburghe is fast becoming recognised by golfers internationally. The parkland course was designed by Dave Thomas and is set in the 200 acres surrounding the Roxburghe Hotel, with views of the river Teviot. Home to the Charles Church Scottish Seniors Open, The Roxburghe maintains its reputation as a premier championship course.
Best holes
14th - Viaduct. Destined to become one of the most photographed holes in golf. Framed by the Roxburghe viaduct, the River Teviot flows the entire length of the difficult par 5 hole.
The clubhouse
Licensed bar and restaurant offering a range of meals and snacks that can be eaten inside or outside overlooking the 1st tee and the 18th green. Ladies and gents changing facilities and showers.

Bar menu available 8am until 8pm; you are advised to book for a meal when checking in if you are finishing between 5-8pm.

Situated in the village of Heiton just outside Kelso on the A698.

Telephone the club to book tee-times. Freedom of the Fairways tee-times before 9.30am or after 3pm, please book in advance. Please note there is a supplement payable when using Freedom of the Fairways passport. Please book in advance for weekend golf. Activities available for non-golfers, such as fishing, clay pigeon shooting, archery etc.
