Enjoyable test for all standards of golfers.
Physical challenge: Moderate

Set in the picturesque Leithen Valley. This is a relatively easy walking course with the only steep inclines being to elevated tees and one green. The main challenge is the water, the River Leithen comes into play on four holes and there are a number of small burns that weave their way through the rest of the course.

1st 175yds. A tricky par 3
3rd 474yds. One of the best par 4 in the Borders
6th 485yds par 5. Good drive essential

The clubhouse is small and pleasant with a comfortable lounge/bar.

The bar is open noon until 2.30pm every weekday, normally offering light snacks.

From the centre of the town take the B709 Heriot road up towards the hills. Once you leave the residential area you will cross the River Leithen and see the golf clubhouse on the right. 3-4 mins from town.
