The Tweed is the second longest river in Scotland and produces more fish caught to the fly than any other river in Britain. Particularly famous for its salmon, the season on the Tweed is one of the longest in Scotland, with the prolific run of large salmon in the autumn a favourite with fishermen all over the world.
