Footpaths to Todd Cragg start at the bottom of the drive and there are lake cruises to be enjoyed on nearby Windermere - a joy in any season.

There are panoramic lake views from the ‘belvedere’ at the top of the garden. Quiet watchers will see deer, squirrels and many varieties of birds. Paths to Todd Cragg start at the bottom of the drive, a steep climb but worth the effort for some of the finest views of the area. Lake Windermere is nearby and Ambleside village has a fine choice of places to eat out, good cinemas and a range of other daytime activities.
